Process:
A layout sheet with 4-6 rough thumbnail sketches is drawn for the concept.
After you picked your winning thumbnail, a rough sketch is drawn based on it.
This sketch is improved upon once or twice so the core details are clear.
After confirmation, the line art is drawn, and color is applied instantly.
Finally, the character name is applied on the sheet, as well as the subtitle description of choice to finalize the sheet.
Corrections and feedback are always welcome at any stage of the process.
